IBC Human Resources Committee reviewed labor law issues

Employees of the State Migration Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, HR managers and heads of legal services of the banking sector and the food industry attended the IBC Human Resources Committee meeting on October 4.

Kanat Seidaliyev, General Director and Managing Partner of the Grata law firm, commented on amendments to the Labor Code in terms of limitation of actions on recovery of wages.

Kanat Sagynbayev, a specialist at the State Migration Service, answered questions about draft by-laws on increasing the cost of permits for attracting foreign labor.

Jibek Toktokojoeva, El Group consultant, presented the results of the Salary and Compensation Research.

Following the discussions, it was decided to create an interdepartmental working group on labor issues.
