IBC representatives took part in a meeting at the State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republic to discuss how a subsoil development strategy should be drafted. The meeting participants agreed that the document should be brief in its structure and contain an analysis of the current situation, the main directions of development of the industry, promising projects, sources of financing, and clear indicators of the achievement of goals and objectives.
