On June 11, 2019, the Investment Promotion and Protection Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic plans to hold a Kyrgyzstan-China business forum.

The event will be held as part of the upcoming state visit of the President of the People’s Republic of China, Mr. Xi Jinping, to the Kyrgyz Republic.

Over the past decades, the People’s Republic of China has been among the main strategic partners of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The upcoming event is relevant for the further strengthening of trade and economic relations between the two countries, including establishing contacts with Chinese investment institutions, as well as business contacts between entrepreneurs of the Kyrgyz Republic and People’s Republic of China focused on implementing joint investment projects and creating joint ventures, promoting domestic exports products.

Special attention will be paid to the development of energy, agriculture, information technologies and industry.

The event will include bilateral G2B and B2B meetings.

Participants will have the opportunity to present their company, search for a partner for joint projects, and establish mutually beneficial contacts with the Chinese side.

The business forum will be held at the Damas Hotel, Bishkek. Participation in the forum is free.
