The government extends the deadline to submit tax reports for business

The government of Kyrgyzstan has extended the deadline for submitting tax and other types of reporting for organizations and individual entrepreneurs until October 1, 2020 (without submitting a written application).

The exception is reporting on indirect taxes when importing goods into the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic from the territories of the EAEU member countries, for the reporting periods of the second quarter of 2020 and / or from June 1 to August 31, 2020.

The decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 23, 2020 No. 394 "On additional measures of state support for subjects in connection with force majeure circumstances" was signed by Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov on July 23, 2020. Link: https://www.gov.kg/ru/npa/s/2575

On July 16, 2020, the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic submitted for public discussion the relevant draft resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in connection with the deterioration of the situation, in order to exclude the congestion of citizens in the territorial tax authorities and minimize the risks and threats of the coronavirus spread, as well as in connection with requests from business community.
