On March 18, 2015 the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Youth submitted for public discussion the draft Regulation of the Government “On Amendments to the Regulation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Approval of the Price Schedule for Issuance of Permits to Engage Foreign Labour in the Kyrgyz Republic and to Give Employment to the Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad” dated October 31, 2006 No. 754”.

According to the explanatory note, the existing rates were established in 2006 and have not been changed since then. Therefore it was proposed to increase the rates.
