In accordance with the adopted changes the deadlines for the field audit conducted by the tax authorities and Social Fund authorities within the process of liquidation of a business entity are established; an authority of the liquidation committee is defined; list of required documents is shortened; the requirement of approval of the liquidation balance sheet by tax authorities is abolished. Liability of the founders of the liquidated company to its creditors that may arise upon liquidation has been abolished.

This Law also provides an increase of limits for approval on extension of a deadline for tax payment from 100 thousand to 1 million soms for regional tax authorities and from 1 million and above for central tax body (The Law of KR №115 dd May 22, 2015).
