Deputies suggest to impose a moratorium on tax audits

January 27, 2016

On January 27, 2016 the draft bill “On Introduction of Moratorium on Tax Audits” was submitted to the Jogorku Kenesh.

According to the draft bill all state tax bodies shall stop performing tax audits of all businesses and establishing tax posts prescribed by the Tax Code from April 1, 2016 till December 31, 2016.
