On February 22, 2016 the State Migration Service under the Government submitted for public discussion the draft legal act on amendments to some normative legal acts.

Thus, the Migration Service suggests regulating the quantity of foreign employees in organizations by establishing for them some limits (10-20 percent of all employees must not be foreign employees). The current limitation does not include foreign highly qualified experts.
