Amendments to the Law "On Public Procurements"

January 24, 2018

On January 24, the Jogorku Kenesh approved the second reading of the bill "On Amending the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Public Procurements”. The document aims to exclude the norm, according to which in order to establish affiliation, it was necessary that a company should hold 20 percent or more shares of the total shares of a joint-stock company.
