Amendments to the Civil Code

January 30, 2018

On January 30, the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic presented for public discussion a draft law "On Amendments to the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic" and a draft Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on its approval. The bill aims to expand the use of non-cash payments when making transactions with immovable and movable property. The draft resolution can be found here.
