On May 26, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbai Jeenbekov signed the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On State Property Privatization". The law was passed by the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on April 19, 2018. Due to the fact that relations on trust management of state property are regulated by a separate Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Trust Management of State Property", this law aims to remove the norms on trust management of state property from the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On State Property Privatization."

On May 26, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbai Jeenbekov signed the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Trust Management of State Property". The law was passed by the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on April 19, 2018. The objectives of the law are to improve efficiency in the use of state property, to attract foreign and domestic investments in the economy of the state, to implement economic projects and conduct qualified management and improve the procedure for the transfer of state property into trust management.

On May 25, a draft law "On Amendments to the Air Code of the Kyrgyz Republic" was submitted for public discussion. Deputies – developers of the draft law believe that the civil aviation and infrastructure of airports and airlines of Kyrgyzstan require intensive changes and liberalization. The introduction of open skies policy and the 5th degree of air freedom will open Kyrgyzstan’s market for international airlines.

On May 22, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbai Jeenbekov signed the Decree "On Some Measures Adopted in the Context of the Judicial Reform". The main goal of the decree is to promote the ongoing judicial and legal reform in the country.
