On November 18, 2014 the Ministry of Economy submitted for public discussion the draft Regulation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Temporary Suspension of Placing Ore and Concentrate Containing Precious Metals under the Customs Treatment of Processing outside the Customs Territory”. According to the explanatory note the draft Regulation was prepared in order to provide efficient state control over harmonious subsoil exploitation, including control over content of ore and concentrate exported from the Kyrgyz Republic.
