The Ministry of Economy proposed to approve Rules of export and import of ore, concentrate and waste containing precious metals and associated extractable metals

On November 19, 2014 the Ministry of Economy submitted for public discussion the draft Regulation of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Rules of Export from the Kyrgyz Republic and Import to the Kyrgyz Republic of Ore, Concentrate and Waste Containing Precious Metals and Associated Extractable Metals”. According to the explanatory note the draft Regulation was proposed in order to settle the issues with regard to control over export and import of ore, concentrate and waste containing precious metals and associated extractable metals.
