The amendments and addition to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights” were proposed at the Jogorku Kenesh

On September 11, 2014 the draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Amendments and Addition to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights” came in the Jogorku Kenesh.

According to the explanatory note, the draft law was prepared within the activity of the Interdepartmental Commission for Inventory of Laws and Regulations under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

It was proposed to bring Articles 1, 3, 4 and 9 of the Law “On Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights” into compliance with Article 6 of the Constitution. According to the latter, treaties that entered into force in the established order and in which the Kyrgyz Republic participates shall be integral part of the Legal System of the Kyrgyz Republic.

It was proposed by the draft Law to remove doubling of law provisions which regulate respective sphere of social relations and to invalidate the Law “On General Principles of Denationalization, Privatization and Entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan”, all the laws and regulations and their parts by which amendments and additions were introduced to the aforesaid law.
