Amendments and additions to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On State Registration of Legal Entities, Branches (Representative Offices)” were proposed at the Jogorku Kenesh

On October 28, 2014 the draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On State Registration of Legal Entities, Branches (Representative Offices)” came in the Jogorku Kenesh.

According to the explanatory note the draft law was prepared in order to fill the loopholes in the Law “On State Registration of Legal Entities, Branches (Representative Offices)” and to remove contradictory provisions that were found while practical application, doubling notions and to simplify the registration order for entities.
