The State Service for Regulation and Overseeing the Financial Market proposed to adopt the law on actuarial activity

October 8, 2014

On October 8, 2014 the State Service for Regulation and Overseeing the Financial Market under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic submitted for public discussion the draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Actuarial Activity in the Kyrgyz Republic”.

The draft Law stipulates introduction of licensed actuaries’ activity to the insurance market and market of private pension funds for their development as well as for creating actuaries’ institute and profession in the Kyrgyz Republic.
