On October 7, 2014 the Ministry of Economy submitted for public discussion the draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Ratification of the Treaty between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the State of Qatar on Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Tax Evasion with regard to Income Taxes that was signed on June 1, 2014 in Doha”.

According to the explanatory note the draft law is important for elaboration of the common approach in mutual relations of tax legislations of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State of Qatar. The draft law is a unified form for resolving the common problems and tasks which occur in legal sphere of international double taxation.
