The Law “On the Commodity Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Activities of the Kyrgyz Republic” approved

January 9, 2015

On January 9, 2015 the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev signed the Law “On the Commodity Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Activities of the Kyrgyz Republic”.

According to the Law, the Common Commodity Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Activities of the Eurasian Economic Union shall be applied for implementing measures of customs and tariff and non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activity, statistical accounting and exchange of statistical information in the Kyrgyz Republic.
