"COVID Free Guidance for the HoReCa Segment" was developed in December 2020 by the HoReCa Club Association ALE with the support of the American University of Central Asia (AUCA), UNISON Group, Technopolis Group and Center on Sustainable Consumption and Production (СSCP) within the framework of the PERETO project, which is being implemented with the financial support of the European Union SWITCH Asia program.

The “Promotion of Energy Security and Sustainable Growth Through Increased Energy and Resource Efficiency in Tourism SMEs in Kyrgyzstan” (PERETO) project aims to support the advancement of sustainable production and consumption (SCP) practices and energy and resource efficiency (ERE) among SMEs in Kyrgyzstan’s tourism sector. To achieve this, PERETO engages not only with SMEs but also their business associations, public authorities, financial institutions, ERE solutions and service providers, as well as universities, tourists and local residents.

The goal of the Guidance is to provide the domestic HoReCa sector with the most complete, useful and practical information to overcome the consequences of the COVID-19 epidemic.
