Conference dedicated to the NISS anniversary

IBC took part in a conference on the theme: "50 years of NISS activity in Kyrgyzstan: Analyst in public decision-making." The conference discussed the role of the National Institute for Strategic Studies of the Kyrgyz Republic (NISS) and its predecessors in the studies commissioned by the government. Head of the Foreign Policy Department in the rank of Deputy Chief of the President’s Office, Sapar Isakov, announced a message from President Almazbek Atambayev addressed to the participants and guests of the conference. The event was attended by leading world experts from the US, Korea, China, Kazakhstan and Russia, and representatives of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, international organizations, diplomatic corps and the media.
