On April 10, 2015 the draft Law “On Additions to the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic” came in the Parliament. It was proposed to exempt entrepreneurs in the Batken Region from profit tax for five years from the date of state registration.
On April 10, 2015 the draft Law “On Additions to the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic” came in the Parliament. It was proposed to exempt entrepreneurs in the Batken Region from profit tax for five years from the date of state registration.
According to the explanatory note the draft law was prepared in order to create favourable conditions in the Batken Region for attracting investment, improving social and economic situation of locals, etc.
