IBC and Economy Ministry to deepen cooperation

IBC Executive Director Temirbek Azhykulov and Deputy Minister of Economy Bakkeldi Tyumenbaev discussed the activity of the Methodological Council on Coordination of Fiscal Policy. According to Tyumenbaev, the ministry is drafting a new regulation on the Council which will be submitted to the IBC for comments. The Deputy Minister also explained the need for the introduction of control marks when joining the EEU. Temirbek Azhykulov proposed to hold another working meeting with the Ministry of Economy of the business for that matter. The meeting also discussed issues related to increasing rates of license withholding payments and bonuses. It was decided to coordinate this issue with business. IBC also voiced the position of the business on the draft Method of assessing the excessive losses of minerals. Business is against the adoption of this document.
