Минфин предлагает проект Кодекса о неналоговых доходах

13 мая 2015 года Министерство финансов вынесло на общественное обсуждение проект Кодекса о неналоговых доходах Кыргызской Республики.
Согласно справке-обоснованию, предлагается создать единый законодательный акт, регулирующий отношения по введению, сбору и контролю поступления неналоговых доходов в бюджет КР. Для этого предлагается законодательно закрепить исчерпывающий перечень неналоговых доходов КР, а также единообразные правила их введения и поступления в бюджет Кыргызстана.
