The Double Taxation Treaty between Kyrgyzstan and United Arab Emirates ratified
On July 21, 2015 the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev signed the Law “On Ratification of the Treaty between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the United Arab Emirates on Double Taxation Avoidance and Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with regard to Income Taxes and the Protocol to the Treaty between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the United Arab Emirates signed on December 7, 2014 in Dubai”.
On July 21, 2015 the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev signed the Law “On Ratification of the Treaty between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the United Arab Emirates on Double Taxation Avoidance and Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with regard to Income Taxes and the Protocol to the Treaty between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the United Arab Emirates signed on December 7, 2014 in Dubai”.
The Law shall enter into force in ten days from the date of the official publication.
