New antimonopoly laws adopted
New laws have been adopted to harmonize the national legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic with the legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union. The laws entered into force on August 12, 2015:
New laws have been adopted to harmonize the national legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic with the legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union. The laws entered into force on August 12, 2015:
1. The Law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic” of January 21, 2015, № 22. The law prescribes amendments to the Laws “On Competition”, and “Domestic Trade in the Kyrgyz Republic”.
2. The Law “On Amendments and Additions to the Law “On Advertisement” of January 21, 2015, № 23.
3. The Law “On Amendments and Additions to the Law “On Natural and Permitted Monopolies in the Kyrgyz Republic” of January 13, 2015, № 09 which cancels state regulation of permitted monopolies.
4. The Law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic” of January 13, 2015, № 225. The law prescribes amendments and additions to the laws “On the Natural and Permitted Monopolies in the Kyrgyz Republic” and “On Domestic Trade in the Kyrgyz Republic”.
