"BNC FINANCE" LLC, acting on behalf and in the interest of the Swiss Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic is looking for a potential investor to the "Suit-Bulak" CJSC.

The main activities of the "Suit-Bulak" CJSC are the production of hard, semi-hard and fresh cheeses. In addition to that, "Suit-Bulak" produce butter, cottage cheese, quark, yogurt, cream and sour cream.

The cheese factory is located in the Jyluu-Bulak village of Tyup district at the Issyk-Kul region of the Kyrgyz Republic. The climate and grass of the Tyup area most suitable for the production of the high quality cheese.

Since 1997 "Suit-Bulak" sell its products under the brand name "Dairy Spring" on the market of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Currently, the market share of "Suit-Bulak" CJSC of all types of cheese by sales in the Kyrgyz Republic is over 20%, and for hard and semi-hard cheese is more than 25%.

The "Suit-Bulak" CJSC is in the list of 8 dairy Kyrgyz companies which are allowed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan to export their products from Kyrgyz Republic to the Almaty, Jambyl, Kyzylorda and South-Kazakhstan regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The "Suit-Bulak" CJSC was established in 1997 as the Kyrgyz-Swiss project for the development of the dairy sector. The Swiss Government is the founder and the main shareholder which holds 52.48% of company shares. 34% of company shares belong to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) which were acquired as a result of additional issue of shares.

This search is not a direct offer to acquire the controlling stake of "Suit-Bulak" CJSC because according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic all the transactions with the shares of the closed joint-stock companies are to be made under special procedure.
