Rotary Club of Bishkek holds Social Projects Competition

This year the Rotary Club of Bishkek is considering new projects to continue the tradition of serving our country and its people. From 9th of March to the 16th of April the Rotary Club of Bishkek is running a competition to determine a future project. The finalist of this competition will receive training and expertise to help bring the project and dream to life. On 12thand 13th of May 2017 the most sustainable and realistic projects with concrete steps of implementation, new approaches to solving problems of children and youth in difficult life situations, and the spirit of social entrepreneurship will present their projects on a platform and receive social investments from our sponsors. The winner of the contest will be able to implement the project together with the Rotary Club of Bishkek!

Since 1999 the Rotary Club of Bishkek has strived to transform the lives of the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in many ways.

To the right is the Jetilbekov family who recently received a cow from the Rotary Give a Cow Project. Their cow is now providing milk and financial income for their family, and is greatly improving their disabled child’s health and opportunities in life.

We thank all our local and foreign partners for changing this family’s life and the hundreds of others over the years who have benefited from the generosity of our partners and members.

This years’ contest will attract the attention of representatives of the private and non-governmental sector, potential sponsors, partners, who support initiatives demonstrating their social responsibility to society.

Describe the idea clearly, be selected, take into account the recommendations of experts, take the attention of the jury with your project and get financial support for its implementation.
