BIFF 2017 discusses financial and credit issues

IBC took part in the Bishkek International Financial Forum (BIFF 2017).

The forum held on June 2 discussed topical issues of the financial and credit sphere, including the development prospects of payment technologies and services, cyber security, Islamic principles of financing and financial literacy of the population.

The Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan together with the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic organized the event. The International Finance Corporation and the German Society for International Cooperation were co-organizers of the forum.

The meeting was attended by representatives of local and foreign banks and microfinance organizations, mobile operators, insurance and financial companies, suppliers of banking equipment and IT solutions, independent experts, as well as representatives of regulating state bodies and the business community.
