IBC and Duishenbek Zilaliev continue discussing amendments to the Tax Code

Chairman of the State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use Duishenbek Zilaliev discussed the draft Government Resolution "On Amendments to the Resolution "On measures to implement the requirements of the norms of the Tax Code" dated December 30, 2008 No. 736 with IBC Executive Director Askar Sydykov and representative of the mining companies.

The document is aimed at raising the rates of field bonuses for individual on some kinds of minerals and bonuses on the license area. The participants of the meeting also discussed the draft Procedure for exporting ores, concentrates and waste, containing precious metals and associated extractable metals from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and importing into the Kyrgyz Republic.

The meeting participants decided that the business will compile its proposals on bonuses and will send an official letter to the Committee.

Discussion on export of ores and concentrates will be continued.
