On August 17, 2017, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic agreed on the candidacy of Erkinbek Jumabaev for the position of Chief Executive Officer of Kompanion Bank CJSC.
Erkinbek Jumabaev has served for seven years as a Deputy Chairman of the Chief Executive Officer of Kompanion Financial Group Kompanion MFI CJSC, which was successfully transformed into Kompanion Bank CJSC in January 2016. Erkinbek Jumabaev had worked for 12 years in the field of economy, finance and banking before joining the Kompanion team in June 2005.

About 95 thousand customers are served in 112 branches of the bank.
