On March 22, the State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republic (SCIESU) submitted for the public discussion a draft normative legal act, which provides for a tenfold increase in the bonus rate when the share of ownership changes and the participants in the company, who own the right to use the subsoil, are changed.

On March 22, the SCIESU submitted for public discussion a draft law aimed at optimizing the system of subsoil use regulation in terms of increasing the volume of water extraction and simplifying the procedure for providing a report on the work performed.
