On March 22, the State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republic (SCIESU) submitted for the public discussion a draft normative legal act, which provides for a tenfold increase in the bonus rate when the share of ownership changes and the participants in the company, who own the right to use the subsoil, are changed.
