Amendments to the Corporate Governance Code
On May 3, the State Service for Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market proposed amendments and additions to the Corporate Governance Code in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the resolution of its Executive Board.
On May 3, the State Service for Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market proposed amendments and additions to the Corporate Governance Code in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the resolution of its Executive Board.
According to the amendments, clarification should be introduced into some concepts of the Code.
