IBC develops proposals to the Action Plan of the Open Government Initiative

The Secretariat of the Business Development and Investment Council under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic held a meeting to develop proposals for the National Action Plan of the Open Government Initiative.

The IBC representatives took part in the discussions. An overview of the best Initiative practices aimed at improving the business environment was presented, as well as information on issues previously reviewed by the Council and proposals received from business associations. The IBC representatives presented several proposals: to establish an Institute of Private Bailiffs; to create links to the EEU technical regulations in the database of the Toktom Information Center; to submit electronic versions of draft regulatory legal acts for public discussion to business associations.
