IBC Committee discusses draft electronic invoices

On May 30, the IBC Fiscal Policy Committee discussed interaction of dominants in the industry markets with the Antimonopoly Service.

The meeting participants also considered the IBC recommendations to the draft electronic invoices, and the draft law "On Auditing".

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Economy Ministry, the State Tax Service and the State Agency for Antimonopoly Regulation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as IBC members and partners.

The representative of the State Tax Service presented the last version of the drafts normative legal acts on the formation of electronic invoices (attached). On other issues, protocol orders were adopted for a more effective solution.
