Advisory Council discusses draft documents related the adoption of the Law on Subsoil

Two meetings of the Consultative Council on Subsoil Policy were held at the State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republic. Council members are representatives of relevant government bodies and the business community including IBC. The Council discussed draft documents providing for changes and additions to the Regulation on the state registration of the rights to extract sand and gravel mixture and loam; Regulation on reclamation of lands damaged in the process of subsoil use; Regulations on the procedure and conditions for granting geological information resources for use; and the Decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on approving normative legal acts in the field of subsoil use. The documents discussed were developed in connection with the recent adoption of the new Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Subsoil".

In the near future, the documents will be submitted for public discussion, and IBC will expect for your suggestions and comments to them.
