IBC and the antitrust regulator strengthen cooperation

Upon numerous requests of IBC members, issues of business interaction with the State Agency for Antimonopoly Regulation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic were considered at the meeting of the IBC Fiscal Policy Committee on May 30. At the initiative of the antimonopoly regulator, a meeting of the agency's representatives with the IBC leadership was held on June 6. As a result, it was decided to work more closely in the antimonopoly sphere. The antimonopoly regulator will review the current problems of IBC members and submit information them. IBC will present its vision of the drafted Order of conducting economic and statistical surveillance and control of dominants. In addition, IBC will collect proposals and comments on the Law "On Competition" and forward them to the relevant state bodies.
