Prosecutor General meets with business community

IBC Executive Director took part in the meeting of Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic Otkurbek Jamshitov with heads of business associations. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the JIA business association, Union of Entrepreneurs of Kyrgyzstan, BizExpert Analytical Center, and other associations. The meeting participants discussed the most acute issues related to protecting the rights of entrepreneurs and improving the investment climate in the country. Particular attention was paid to the problems of unreasonable interference of law enforcement and supervisory bodies in the activities of business entities. Following the discussion, the participants decided to cooperate more closely in solving problems of protecting the rights of entrepreneurs and preventing offenses by controlling and law enforcement agencies.
