On September 18, the State Agency for Environmental Protection and Forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz republic submitted for public discussion a draft Government Resolution "On approval of the provision for the application of measures to compensate for losses of forestry production and from the sale of harvested wood of especially valuable tree species in the Kyrgyz Republic."

On September 21, the Ministry of Justice submitted for public discussion a draft Government Resolution "On the Draft Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic". The proposed changes and additions aim to bring it into literal and semantic conformity with the above amendments to the Constitution of the KR, strengthening the position of the Prime Minister in the state power system.
