On November 22, the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic submitted for public discussion a draft Government Resolution “On the introduction of a ban (moratorium) on legislative activity, which provides for norms aimed at worsening the entrepreneurial activity”. On November 20, the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic informed on its official website that a draft law “On the licensing and authorization system in the Kyrgyz Republic” has been developed by the ministry.
