Law review for December 3-7, 2018

On December 4, a discussion of the draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the licensing system of the Kyrgyz Republic” was held at the Economy Ministry. The bill was drafted by the Economy Ministry to improve, further optimize and liberalize the licensing system and the public relations regulated by the current legislation. On December 3, the State Service for Regulation and Supervision of Financial Markets under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic submitted for public discussion a draft Government Resolution “On approval of the minimum insurance amount, liability limits and insurance premium tariffs on compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners”. On December 3, the Decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of November 29, 2018 No. 561 “On licensing issues regarding the right to use subsoil resources” was published. The document was developed in order to bring the regulatory legal acts in the sphere of subsoil use in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Subsoil”, and to improve the system for regulating subsoil use.
