Комиссия МДС рассматривает вопросы субъектов СЭЗ «Бишкек»

15 января прошло заседание временной комиссии МДС по актуальным вопросам субъектов СЭЗ «Бишкек».
По итогам прошедших заседаний определен круг вопросов, связанных с действием/бездействием генеральной дирекции СЭЗ «Бишкек».
Ранее была рассмотрена возможность передачи полномочий генеральной дирекции СЭЗ на аутсорсинг управляющим компаниям на договорной основе.
Участники встречи подчеркнули, что в настоящее время отсутствуют нормативные правовые акты, необходимые для полноценного регулирования правоотношений в СЭЗ «Бишкек».
По завершении работы комиссии сформированной перечень актуальных вопросов будет направлен в профильные государственные органы.
