IBC develops cooperation with parliamentary factions

On January 15, the IBC representatives and the adviser to the leader of the Respublika – Atajurt parliamentary faction A. Kadyrov discussed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation.

Actual legislative initiatives developed by members of the International Business Council, previously discussed at the meetings of the IBC Financial Market Committee, considered the following issues:

• On the possibility of conducting promotional lotteries in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Lotteries”;

• On reforming the activity of the State Expert Service on the examination of the valuation of collateral in case of arising litigation on credit disputes between banking institutions and borrowers;

• On withdrawal of economic entities with a state share of 50% or more from the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Public Procurement”.

It was decided that IBC will send Respublika – Atajurt its positional references on business and entrepreneurship issues, on the basis of which the parliamentary faction will initiate legislative act necessary to create favorable conditions for the business development..
