Draft Order of economic and statistical observation of dominants submitted for public discussion
As we reported in our previous publications, IBC completed the drafting of the Order of economic and statistical monitoring of dominants in industry markets.
As we reported in our previous publications, IBC completed the drafting of the Order of economic and statistical monitoring of dominants in industry markets.
Having coordinated it with the anti-monopoly regulator, IBC submitted the document to the Economy Ministry for consideration.
On February 19, the draft Government Resolution on the approval of the Order, as proposed by IBC, was submitted for public discussion: http://www.gov.kg/?p=129561&lang=ru.
The document provides clear and acceptable procedures for economic and statistical observation. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the representatives of the antitrust regulator and the Ministry of Economy for the active interaction with IBC.
