Issues of economic observation of dominants require resolution

On April 3, at the IBC initiative, a meeting was held at the Secretariat of the Investment Council to discuss issues of economic and statistical monitoring of dominants in the industry markets.

The draft document, developed by the business community, was submitted by the Economy Ministry for public discussion. However, the promotion of the document was suspended during conciliation procedures with government agencies. The government regulations, in the case of the availability of proposals and comments from government agencies, do not allow sending a package of documents for further consideration.

The meeting recommended the Economy Ministry to consider the possibility of creating a conciliation commission on this issue.
