These issues have been raised by business since mid-2016, but the parties the parties have not reached a consensus so far.

Therefore, IBC proposed to create a conciliation commission headed by the supervising Deputy Prime Minister to develop and introduce relevant draft amendments to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on the discussed issues.

In preparation for the next meeting of the Business Development and Investment Council under the Government, the discussion was held at the Investment Council Secretariat.
