IBC member companies present their projects to the Qatar Investment Authority

On April 22, Kyrgyz entrepreneurs met with representatives of the Qatar Investment Authority.

The meeting was organized by the Investment Promotion and Protection of Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Qatar delegation planned to familiarize with the investment proposals of Kyrgyzstan’s businesses.

Head of the Qatar delegation Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of the Qatar Investment Authority, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Ali Al-Thani, spoke about the activities of the Investment Authority.

Among other companies, members of the International Business Council Bank Bai-Tushum and Ak-Sai Travel company presented their investment opportunities. Director of Ak-Sai Travel, Elena Kalashnikova, introduced the guests to the tourism potential of Kyrgyzstan.

Cholpon Jumashukurov, the senior partner of the Highland Capital investment company, acquainted the Qatari delegation with the areas of the company’s activity and the implemented investment projects.

To develop cooperation with the Kyrgyz side, all submitted projects and opportunities for further cooperation will be considered, the head of the Qatari delegation said.
