IBC Committee reviews business issues related to labor law
The IBC Human Resources Management Committee, in conjunction with representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, discussed problems of the business community related to labor law on May 23.
The IBC Human Resources Management Committee, in conjunction with representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, discussed problems of the business community related to labor law on May 23.
Magomed Saaduev, a Partner at the K&A Legal, explained why it is necessary to expand the list of cases to enter into a fixed-term employment contract, as well as to reduce the amount of penalties for untimely handing out workbooks to employees.
The participants also considered issues related to industrial accidents, including reimbursement of medical expenses to employees.
The meeting proposed to involve trade unions in the meetings of the working group on improving labor legislation under the Labor Ministry. IBC representative is a WG member. In addition, the IBC HRM Committee will submit analytical materials on the voiced topics to the Ministry.
