Kyrgyz Tourism Awards 2019 announced in Kyrgyzstan

The Department of Tourism under the Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic holds the Kyrgyz Tourism Awards 2019 competition.

The competition is held jointly with interested executive authorities, as well as industry associations in the field of tourism.

The IBC Executive Director is a member of the Council for the awarding of prizes.

The objectives of the competition are the development of tourism, promotion of achievements and best practices in tourism, and motivation to improve the quality of services provided.

The event will also contribute to creating a positive image of the country in the world, popularizing tourism and increasing the investment attractiveness of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Tourism companies, tour operators, representatives of the hotel business, sanatorium-resort establishments, owners and managers of innovative, online and event tourism projects, diplomatic missions of foreign countries in the Kyrgyz Republic, mass media, guides, photographers, and others can take part in the competition.

The competition provides for recognition and rewarding for achievements in the field of development and promotion of the tourism sector of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The official award will take place on September 27, World Tourism Day.
