Al Group Consulting launches exclusive Salary and Compensation Market Research

Al Group Consulting is pleased to announce the launch of the XII exclusive Salary and Compensation Market Research in Bishkek and the regions of Kyrgyzstan and traditionally invites the International Business Council to participate.

The 2019-2020 study is conducted in a more closed format, with a limited number of participants included in the list of leading companies based on previous studies by El Group Consulting.

This year, two separate studies of the salary and compensation market in the financial banking sector and among mining companies will be provided.

PURPOSE OF THE STUDY:

Provide decision makers of companies with the most objective information on the market of salaries, benefits and compensations of Kyrgyzstan within the companies of the banking and mining sectors.

ANALYTICAL REPORT includes:

• Review of base salaries and salaries of a particular sector;

• Review of compensations and benefits of a particular sector;

• A spreadsheet in Excel format with data from the Analytical report
