Industry and Enterprise Development Committee members meet with regional business community

From October 21 to 25, 2019б representatives of the International Business Council (IBC) take part in meetings with the regional business community of Kyrgyzstan.

The meetings are held within the Action Plan of the Industry and Enterprise Development Committee under the National Sustainable Development Council of the Kyrgyz Republic. IBC Executive Director Askar Sydykov is the Committee Deputy Chairman.

The decision on holding Committee members’ meetings with the business community of the regions was taken at the Committee meeting on June 24, 2019. Meetings are held with the assistance of state bodies.

During the meetings, individual and sectoral issues related to the development of industry and entrepreneurship in Kyrgyzstan’s regions will be identified and systematized. It is necessary to identify previously unresolved issues, structure them and determine ways to facilitate their resolution on the Committee’s site.

Following the results of the meetings, measures will be developed and implemented in new areas of industry and entrepreneurship development. This will serve as a positive signal to domestic and foreign investors about the state’s steps to create a favorable investment climate in the regions and in the country as a whole.
